The Queen's Head, Little Marlow, Buckinghamshire by Claude Hamilton Rowbotham.
This hand coloured etching shows a delightful village scene with pub and includes a gaggle of geese.
The artist was born in 1864 and was famous for inventing a single plate colour etching process.
He died in 1949 and under the terms of his will, all of the over 500 plates were destroyed.
This work is signed by him but not dated.
